Associate UI/UX Designer Full Time

We are looking for an Associate UI/UX Designer with up to one year of experience to help create engaging and user-friendly web and mobile applications. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates passionate about design and eager to develop their skills by applying core UI/UX principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering user experience requirements and understanding user needs to guide design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Design UI elements that align with existing design systems and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to maintain consistent and seamless user experiences.
• Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve and refine designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Between 0 to 1 year of UI/UX design experience, including internships or academic projects.
• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work for web or mobile platforms that reflects strong design thinking and execution.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Basic understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and responsive design techniques.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
