Remote – International Sales Full Time

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in a remote role. The selected candidate will focus on finding and engaging potential clients who require accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation services. This position involves proactive outreach, lead screening, and close coordination with the sales team to help drive business growth. The role runs on an evening shift from 3 pm to 12 am and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect Identification: Perform in-depth research to find potential clients needing financial services such as accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation.
• Outbound Outreach: Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate new leads.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate lead quality by collecting relevant details to understand client needs and fit with services offered.
• Database Management: Keep the CRM system updated with accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect information.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to create and apply strategies that turn leads into customers.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve lead generation methods.
• Reporting: Prepare and share daily and weekly reports showing lead activities, performance results, and progress updates.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in lead generation, sales, or a related role, ideally within financial services or the BPO industry.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience with CRM software is required.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation services, especially for U.S. and UK markets.

• Shift: Evening shift from 3 pm to 12 am.

• Salary: Monthly salary between Rs 50,000 and Rs 80,000, based on experience.
