Manager Operations Full Time

We are looking for a highly organized Manager – Operations to lead sales administration, documentation, and post-sales activities for our Warehousing Project. You’ll coordinate between Sales, Rentals, and Customer Relations teams, ensure compliance, maintain accurate records, and support smooth operations across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all documentation for warehouse sales and rentals (Reservation Forms, SPAs, Addendums, Payment Schedules)
• Supervise project security and compliance with local warehousing regulations
• Maintain accurate physical and digital records, manage client databases
• Handle issuance of receipts, NOCs, Transfer Letters, and other legal documents
• Monitor customer payment milestones and coordinate with Finance for invoicing and collections
• Optimize warehouse utilization and support logistics and supply chain processes
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and operational dashboards for Senior Management

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience in operations management, preferably in warehousing or real estate
• Knowledge of shipping lines, logistics workflows, and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
