UI/UX Designer Full Time

We are seeking a talented and user-centered UI/UX Designer to join our team and craft engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform concepts into user-friendly designs that improve the overall user experience across web and mobile platforms. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of user behavior to deliver seamless and accessible interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Design user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and appealing visual language. Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and development teams. Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to enhance and refine designs for improved functionality and user satisfaction. Create detailed user flows, customer journeys, and structure information architecture to optimize navigation and enhance the overall user experience. Maintain design consistency by following established brand guidelines and standards. Collaborate closely with developers throughout the implementation process to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional products.

Required Qualifications:
A strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and industry best practices is essential. Proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is required to create high-quality wireframes and prototypes. Experience with wireframing and prototyping techniques to visualize and test design concepts is necessary. Knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles ensures that products are inclusive and adaptable across devices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams are important. A keen eye for detail combined with creativity to produce innovative and user-centric designs is expected.

Job Details:
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary in the range of Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000.
