Accounts and Admin Executive Full Time

We are looking for candidates to manage financial and administrative duties at our Rawalpindi office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records accurately.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and check invoices.
• Contact clients regarding transactions and invoices.
• Handle queries related to accounts.
• Be proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Answer phone calls professionally and route them as necessary.
• Manage customer complaints, including distribution and records.
• Perform data entry and filing tasks.
• Manage inventory of office supplies.
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed.
• Manage and organize files efficiently.
• Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
• Be highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle tender processing.
