Data Extractor (Research Executive) Full Time

We are looking for a skilled Email Data Extractor to join our team. This role is about finding, collecting, and checking client email data for bulk email marketing. The right person should be careful with details, smart in research, and experienced in using free and ethical methods to build clean and accurate email lists. Data accuracy and compliance are very important for this job.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and extract targeted email data for bulk email campaigns.
• Research companies and decision-makers using online sources and directories.
• Use free tools, platforms, and manual methods to find valid email addresses.
• Clean, check, and organize data to keep email delivery rates high.
• Split data by industry, job role, location, and campaign needs.
• Update and manage lead databases regularly.
• Remove duplicate and invalid email contacts.
• Follow ethical data collection practices and email rules.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in email data extraction and lead research.
• Good knowledge of free data extraction tools and methods.
• Ability to understand business email formats and verify them manually.
• Good working skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of email marketing and deliverability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data lists.
• At least 1 year of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B lead generation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• Basic knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email compliance rules.
• Experience working with marketing or sales teams.
