We are looking for a Data Scientist who can use data, machine learning, and AI to find useful insights from large and complex data sets. You will work on projects that improve our products, make the customer experience better, and help the business grow.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, and organize data from sources like databases, APIs, websites, or surveys.
- Explore data to find patterns, trends, and unusual points, and come up with questions or ideas.
- Build and test predictive models and machine learning algorithms using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Check how well models work, improve their accuracy, and adjust settings when needed.
- Deploy models into production systems using tools like Flask, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data clearly, using tools like Plotly, D3.js, or Shiny.
- Explain complex data and results to different teams in an easy-to-understand way.
- Research new techniques in data science, AI, and machine learning, and apply them to business challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar; or equivalent experience.
- Freshers can apply, though experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI methods like regression, classification, clustering, NLP, or computer vision.
- Familiarity with programming in Python, R, Java, or C++.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Pandas, NumPy for data analysis.
- Some experience with ML and deep learning tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Able to make simple visualizations using tools like Plotly, D3.js, Shiny, or Matplotlib.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Curious, creative, and willing to learn.
