About the Role:
TCS Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Management. You’ll lead a team of 60 people, oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain. Your goal will be to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company’s growth while driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operations
• Manage daily operations and ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 60 employees
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for the best terms
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and introduce new approaches
• Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance
