UI UX Designer Full Time

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis. The successful candidate will create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. This role requires close collaboration with developers and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences aligned with our brand identity.

The designer will also conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve products based on user feedback and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas clearly
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design choices
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Ensure all design outputs follow brand guidelines
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to improve user experience
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to streamline workflow

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, BFA, or related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and usability best practices
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development
