UI/UX Designer Full Time

At IT Concepts, the UI/UX Designer plays a key role in creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences. This role focuses on designing user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences across multiple platforms. The designer will use WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery to create responsive, interactive, and visually appealing layouts.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential to produce wireframes and prototypes that guide efficient development. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or has 3+ years of professional UI/UX experience.

This position requires a creative professional who can translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs, collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure cohesive design integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas
• Utilize WordPress to build and customize themes/plugins for improved user experience
• Develop responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for all devices and screen sizes
• Incorporate JavaScript and jQuery to enhance interactivity and engagement
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to provide user-centered solutions
• Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback
• Create and maintain design documentation and specifications for development teams
• Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to develop high-quality visual assets and prototypes
• Stay updated on latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
• Focus on intuitive navigation, efficient functionality, and aesthetic appeal
• Assist in developing and maintaining style guides and design systems for project consistency
